I am advising you I only received part of my order today. The order was for 2 pair of Saint Remy earrings (I paid $30 via Paypal)  and I only received 1 pair. After the "hiccup" placing the order initially, then your kind offer of the free pair of earrings, I assumed all would be well from then on during this transaction.
